The booking process
STEP 1
Create your client account in our online pet sitting software, Time To Pet. Be sure to thoroughly complete you and your pet's information so we have everything we need to care for your pet.
STEP 2
Contact us to schedule your Meet & Greet. This service allows us to meet you and your pet(s) before your first visit, answer any questions, and go over your pet's routine.
STEP 3
Enjoy your trip or be able to focus on your work during the day! You'll receive an update after each visit via Time To Pet, complete with photos, notes, & anything else you should know about our visit.
RESOURCES
The Meet & Greet is our required initial consultation to meet you and your pets and discuss all the details of their care and routine.

The details:
Approximately 30 minutes long.
We learn the layout of your home and all about your pet: mealtime routine, vet info, quirky behaviors or preferences, home access, etc.
Meet & Greets can also be a great idea for current clients who have moved to a new home or added a new furry family member.
